BPTP — BPTP not giving ASTAIRE GARDENS possession

We have paid more than 90% in astaire gardens project and it has been more than 5 years since we booked it. I would like to proceed with a legal case against BPTP. Kindly advise how to proceed? Kunal, the possesion is been given at a very high overcharges. I am looking to join hands with all BPTP customers to get together and hire a lawyer to file consumer court case. Let me know if you would like to join.
