We booked an Office space with BPTP at their Capital City Project at Sec 94 Noida. We paid them approx. 90% of their total value of the unit and we were assured that will get possession by end of 2013, however they got cancelled our booking and re-allotted us a smaller unit by their own without considering our choice and also stopped paying the assured return on investment in case of delayed possession after paying only two quarterly installments @ Rs 85, 000/- p.m. as agreed by them as per the agreement. There is also an Arbitration clause for misleading the investors in their agreement however any agreived person if interested to fight back for his rights can join us for filing civil and as well as criminal complaint against this builder and get our hard earned money back to us with interest.
