Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I am the buyer of BPTP Neharpar area, I have been booked my floor with the BPTP builder in june 2009, within 1.5 year have paid 85% of the total amount of the property now it is more than 4.5 year there is no update from BPTP regarding construction of my unit, I have wrote several mail & send postal letter for the updating & reason for delay in construction but they are keep on writing standard wording without any reason for delay and possession date. I am suffered a lot due to financial burden since I have spent hard earn money in this property. Please help me get me possession of my unit, as BPTP is not bother to revert me with any update in the project, also expecting your sugession in this regard whether i should send legal notice to the MD of the BPTP You must heard lot of complaint regarding BPTP project in faridabad, Regards Rajeev saraf Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also a BPTP victim and fighting for refund with interest.
I found that getting a refund is better option.

1. datewise monies paid,
2. calculate interest accrued @18% p.a and
