Dear Sir, I booked my flat with BPTP ltd Faridabad in year 2008 & paid my all dues on time, In year 2013 the said company said flat booked is in non constructed tower either you have to shift your money in some other project at current price or money will be refunded with 9 % interest In August 2013 all the documents submitted for refund & till date company is not refunding the my hard earned money despite sending reminder/legal notice MY NAME IS NARENDER KUMAR CUST ID WITH BPTP IS 106989 PROJECT PARK FLOOR 2.FARIDABAD MOBILE NO [protected] Really appreciate concern can help me to recover my hard earned money to have buy a house to live with my family NARENDER KUMAR Was this information helpful? | |||
