I had registered with Brainstorm Consulting for two thing. 1) Gmat Classes 2) 8 University Consulting.
1) Gmat Classes- I went for the first day and the teaching was very bad, i must say worst. Then i complained about it. But nothing happened. Everyday they used to change teachers because some or the other used be absent. No teaching was being done. After 4-5 classes i told them that they are spoiling my career and i am not going to continue with their classes and i need a refund because they never taught anything. To this they denied the refund, even though i have been calling them for the same for a very long time.
2) 8-University Consulting- I have not even used this service at all and when i called them for a refund directly they told me a no refund. From the consulting team no one knows what is GMAT and how much it is for.
They are looting people by taking a lot of money and giving the worst ever possible service. I have been asking for refund for so long but they don't entertain any of my request.
I would request all my friend not to take services from them. They are a fake company and will Loot you people.
It will be a great help if someone can help me with my refund. I really need it . I am attaching my receipts. Do take a look. and make sure no one goes here.
