[Resolved]  Brian DSouza — Bus driver have not stopped at bus-stop

Dear Sir,

I am Brian Dsouza from Mumbai.
I am regestring this complaint AGAINST the bus driver who DID NOT STOP at my bus-stop.
Details are below.
I boraded the bus from "Mulund Goregoan Link Road" (at 10/04/14 11:03:54) to Airoli Sector 5 "Rabale Police Station".
The bus stopped very much before the Sector 5 stop as there was traffice ahead and also because the signal was RED. I wanted to get down at the bus stop because of the sever sprain in my leg. I was waiting at the bus exit and was the first to get down from the bus.
After the signal became GREEN, the bus driver DID NOT STOP at the bus stop (Airoli Sector 5 "Rabale Police Station") and went ahead taking a right turn. I have a leg sprain and yet he DID NOT STOP.
People at the bus stop (Sector 5 Airoli) also DID NOT climb in the bus because the driver did not STOP the BUS.
The bus driver went ahead, lowered the bus speed at the turning and made me get down.

PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION ON THE BUS DRIVER ASAP. I AM GOING TO ESCLATE THIS MATTER TO THE SENIOR MOST LEVEL. PLEASE REPLY ME on the [protected]@gmail.com about the action taken.
