Bright Hi-tech Service — No qc, no payment, no response on completed project

My name is joseph, i joined bright hi-tech service for their professional plan typing project. after this i was provided with id name-bhts7855aus and registration no. bhts00216952, after that they sent me 300 page project for typing.
After receiving the project i had some doubts so i even called their helpline number for clarification and spoke to one mr. rahul sharma, who clarified all the doubts i had.
I worked day and night and completed this project and submitted on the 22nd of may 2016.
After that i have not received a single response from them, except that they received my project.
I sent them several mails but with no response, i also called them several time, and everytime the person answering the phone was riya and she would tell me that either her boss was not in the office, or he was in a meeting or he was out of station.
Nevertheless i kept calling their office and after sometime this lady riya stopped answering my call, so i tried another number provided by them and one lady khushi answered the call and the reply i got was the same, their boss who by now i understood was mr. rahul sharma, was either out of office, and he would only come to the office "if" there was a need to do so.
No response on what happened to the qc of my project and no payment.
Now they don't receive my calls at all.
All my hard work has gone in vain. so i found this page by chance, and decided to post my complaint here. these people are cheating everybody and nobody seems to be able to do anything about it. sir i request you to resolve my problem through your good offices, as i want closure to this episode. thanks
