[Resolved]  Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation — Encroachment done by erecting illegal Shanty on the terrace of bldg no.81 and many other encroachments in the entire area.

We the residents of adjacent buildings nos. 83 and 79, 2nd Kamathipura Lane, Near Ram Temple Shuklaji Street Mum: 8 which comes under (MCGM - E Ward) are inconvenienced by the illegal and unauthorized shanty which has been erected on building no. 81 by encroaching the terrace of the building for commercial establishment. We the residents of the adjacent building nos 83 and 79 stay with our family comprising mainly of Senior Citizens, Children and Woman’s, can get affected majorly from the hazardous chemical which will be used for dyeing jeans pants being manufactured in the encroached shanty. The illegal/encroached shanty has blocked our windows which will obstruct fresh air and sunlight apart from that it will create pollution in the residential locality of 2nd Kamathipura lane. We hereby inform that if any future health hazard or any type of Fire incident happens due to this illegal and encroached shanty to the resident of the locality MCGM will be held responsible for it.
