Brilliant Tutorials — Refund of course fees

I praveen enrolled in brilliant tutorials in btycp in august 2011 and paid full fees inr66670/- in limpsum.
The institute ran for two months but closed in November and they promised a refund. But never gave it therefore I request you to lodge my complaint and take strict action against brilliant tutorials ..the company made fraud with thousands of students who were enrolled and there money must be refunded
