[Resolved] GTPL Broadband — Very Bad Service of GTPL Broadband provider | |||
I am really disappoint with GTPL service. I am your regular user of GTPL Broadband. I am regular check website for the login and check my usage, But before 7 to 8 months your website is not ready. And When I am call to customer care at[protected], GTPL Broadband customer care employee say He/She can't hear my voice. When I am calling from my home, playground and from any other place. so, i comlain to gtpl custemar care. for not access of my Internet. it means not working my broadband connection is proper way...
i call c.c. many time. but not resolve my internet problem... he said technician come at home but not come till date at my home... so i complin to many time at custamar care... but no one can do seriouslly... some time internet access or some time internet dead. in day...sso gtpl serveices is not good for custemar...
