[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect+ Postpaid — Connection Termination

Reliance NetConnect+ unlike name is a very Un-Reliable service, be it network connectivity or even disconnection of connection. I had a Netconnect+ postpaid connection which i wanted to disconnect due to the problem of Not Working Properly For more than 10 Days. After raising it with the customer care for 3 times, for which there was no response, i had to ask for disconnection. Since it was postpaid it was billed even though i did not get to use it in the whole month. Finally i had to argue with the customer care to take up my request for disconnection. After it was taken up i was told to wait for the next billing cycle to get to know the pending bill amount to be paid. after the bill got generated and i paid the bill, it was told to me that since the termination request was closed by the time the bill was generated i had to go and visit the reliance store to get the connection disconnected.Pathetic customer care.

This is reference to my reliance netconnect data card No [protected](unlimited 750 plan), previous month 13/10/12, I personally visited the reliance off padmanabhanagar branch(opposite to sree sai gold palace) and gave a termination request letter after paying the due amount. The termination S.R.No[protected] the lady who processed the request was Padma. She said that your request will be processed and terminated, She also said not to use the data card till then else i might be charged. After this i receved many calls from reliance CC asking why is this getting cacelled..?do u want to retain the connection..?do you want to keep the data card active, so that you can use it in feature if you want it..? My answer was i have been provided the data card from my company and i dont want to keep it. But still i use to get the call from reliance CC for retaining the connection. But i always said no. Finally i get billed for the next month with Rs.183 saying this is for some prodata rental bill for 7 days, from the date of cancellation. Now i want to ask to whole reliance group as to why the customer is being chraged for the service he has not been given/used. This is straight forward saying that "if you cancell the connection you have to pay the 7 days rental amount".
When i went to the padamanabanagar branch and enquired "First the guy said it was chared for some usage, When i told him that my connection was cancelled and i nevered used the datacard, he suddenly changes his statement and says this is not for the usage it is 7 days rental charges, And it is 7 day because it takes 7 days to cancell the request, AND THE LADY PADMA WHO PROCESSED THIS REQUEST AS BEEN LEFT THE JOB"
When the total data base is metained on a server, I belive it should be just a click away to process the request even if it takes manual paper work i dont think it should take a day or two. so please stop cheating people by making any such statements. And chanrege the customer for the service what he has been provided.

I FINALLY WANT TO REQUEST THE RELIANCE TO PLEASE TAKE SOME CORRECTIVE ACTION, AND CONSIDER MY COMPLAINT TO WAIVE OFF THE AMOUNT FOR WHICH I HAVE BEEN CHARGED "FOR CANCELLING THE CONNECTION".

And please do not reply saying you people were not able to reach me on my phone.

I want to cancel my Reliance Netconnect Plus postpaid connection - [protected]. I am totally unhappy with the speed and connectivity Issue and with the support (Customer service and Technical support) which company Is providing.

I called customer Service on 23/04/2013 and they said It cant be cancelled Immediately, which will take 15 days. But my question Is I am requesting to cancel the service before my billing cycle starts, so I shouldn't be charged.

Second thing:- I bought the connection as per my wish, now I am cancelling as per my wish, so company should not make delay and charge money for It.

Also customer Service people speak very rude, also the lady who called me from retention team called Sangeetha was very rude with conversation. Feel bad such a big and reputad company but the service Is not up to the mark.
reliance franchisee people are talking worstly, bothering customers.

I had two Mobile post paid connections such as 828/829.I decided to cancel the connection during Aug2014 and informed customer care of Reliance .Next Month Sep 2014, I paid the bill.Next month Bill received Oct 2014, and paid.I send a request to Reliance Communication Appelate authority and those people agreed and within 5days they said they will confirm the cancellation.Mean time I received bill or the moth nf Dec 14 .Useless authority also not confirm the cancellation.I paid the Dec14 bill at reliance office and gave application.My request to the public buy always prepaid sim and throw the sim whenever u want.

I want to cancel the my post paid connection that's number is [protected]. I have also taken a new relaince post paid number only. My post paid modem was broken while falling down of the stairs. I am also calling to Customer Care no that is[protected] and [protected]. They are saying that please put the sim in your mobile and then call after. I requests you that please disconnect it with in 2 days.
I have a reliance postpaid datacard no. [protected]. I went to the Reliance store at Kammanahalli to cancel the connection. They told me that they cannot take a request after 6 pm. I then called the Reliance helpline and I must say what a horrid experience I have had with their customer service. My first call was on the 20th April 2016 and I spoke to a lady who verified my details and told me that she would transfer the call to the datacard termination team. I waited endlessly for someone to answer my call, but alas no one answered. I called a second time and this time I spoke to a girl named Kavi who again put me through the whole process of verification and convincing me to keep the card, and after my insistence, she too tried to transfer the call to the cancellation dept. Again, she came back saying that they were busy. Each time, I was made to wait for more than 40 mins. and was losing my patience. This girl Kavi promised that she would arrange a call back before 7 pm on the same day (i.e., 20th April) but no call came.
Day 2 : 21st April - I called the Customer Service post lunch, hoping to get help. I spoke to a girl named Aishya to whom I narrated my experience of yesterday and again after the required formalities, she too tried to forward my call to the cancellation team. Alas, no luck again, she came back telling me that all your cancellation team members are busy. I can understand that. You do have a huge no. of dissatisfied customer base waiting like me to cancel their connections !!! Aisha felt sorry for my condition and promised a call back in one hour. I waited... for more than hour and again they failed to keep up their promise. I called back again, this time i spoke to Yuvraj... he too forwarded the call and put me on hold. I held on for 20 long minutes with no soul from the other end. I disconnected and called back again. this time, I couldn't even get to speak to the Customer Service team member !!!
I asked for a Senior person - a supervisor or a manager so that I could talk to them. They said nobody was available. I was left in the lurch, with nobody to help. I just don't understand that there was no way I could escalate the matter to a Senior.
With absolutely pathetic service and also bad connectivity, I am using this forum to please, please have my post-paid data connection cancelled with immediate effect. Please send me an acknowledgement of having received this email and a reference no. for this request of cancellation. I hope atleast this will work !!!
I requested for cancellation for my reliance data card (Data card Number [protected]) two months ago but they haven't cancelled my data card and charged me two thousand rupees and threatened me saying that if i didn't payback they will fill a case against me, so I paid that amount even though I didn't use it, then i requested again to cancel my data card, till now there is no word from them and their customer care number is not getting through if i give my dongle number, I need immediate answer whether are not my dongle got cancelled I can't waste anymore money for the service I am not using This is worst customer service i have ever received in my life

Reliance Netconnect+ Postpaid — Connection Termination --- Process was not changed :-( as reported still I'm facing the same problem ... No Idea How to Terminate the connection.

Actual Problem : Reliance Upgraded existing Netconnect + to New 4G Service which was not communicated properly that ... if we failed to upgrade the we can not browse the internet / there is no use of current Reliance NetConnect + ... Force to Upgrade ... need to pay Money for new device ...

But they generating a bill every month from past 3 months without providing any service... no one provided the clarification why this connection was not working properly ... but every month if you need to pay bill without
avail actual internet service ...

I'm fine to pay the bill if they offer the service properly ! ... Now I'm plan to close this connection because o[censored]n utilized service bill payment since its post paid.

Reliance billing team call me for the bill payment ...

Send out a Email : No Response from past 10 days

Walk to the Store : Ask me to call Customer Care / give me photo id proof and cancellation request/ clear the pending due ... it will take 10 days time.

Call The Customer Care : Customer Care Exe... told me that transfer the call to cancellation deportment ... but the call was extended till 45 min no one picked up.

Now No idea ... what to do next... Plan to Stop pay the bill ...

Our company had 15 data cards due to Reliance bad customer care and bad services we terminated and fully settled the payment but till today we are receiving bills after terminating all the data cards.

Reliance is harassing for payment for Non use data cards and they are not providing No Due Certificate to consumers.

And they are sending Legal notices after paying all the dues aslo.
Reliance is a fraud company. My data card number is [protected], I gave termination request 2 months ago still no processing on that. Everyday they take new request and don't even process it. Pathetic Customer care register complain under network issue and tell customer that its termination request number. I have done final payment but now they are say your number is active ... if number is active how come you accept final payment. Don't believe a word there customer Representative say they are idiots. Never ever use a reliance service in life. Fraud, Cheaters, Liars and very pathetic company.

Reliance 4G Dongle bearing no. [protected]. I have lost the dongle while travelling. I want to deactive the service. But i am unable to reach them through phone or e-mail.

And they are charging me for nothing.
