Very Bad Experience
They have called for free clinic, I went there as i don't know a type of low people working there.My worst experience is on 1 May 2016 i went to consult Dr. T.J Pradeep Kumar for my thyroid problem, he said me go for some tests, the bill amount was 1, 480.I paid rs.1000 and got the test done.
I said them i will remaining amount at the time of report collection.on 4th may they called me and said reports are ready.I went to hospital at 8.25 pm and they asked to pay remaining amount i paid all the pending and extra 2 rupees also waited till 9.00 pm they have not given me any report
I requested the receptionist there she said to wait for 2 mins which is saying from starting itself.Then she with the support of one more lady,
made me alert that as I have not paid amount on time they are unable to generate the report, I agree that I paid amount late but they can suggest me to come back tomorrow and take the reports and consult the doctor.They did all this drama to take pending money with me.I deeply feeling bad for the management, because due to this type of behaviour another patient left because that lady said him get lost as he is supporting me.This is the not the only case I observed but one of my friend also faced some bad situation in this hospital.The supporting staff is pathetic here they don't know how to manage customers(Patients) though they are in Service field.Provide the training to them or recruit other people who have more patience to deal with the patients.Disgusting staff.
