Brosskart — Prepaid Online Order Not received | |||||
I had ordered a Samsung SCX-D4725A toner on 4th October and paid Rs. 3029/- for it after contacting the seller on given no. [protected] in website. Till 13th October the Status of order was showing as Authorized and not confirm (9 days from date of order however Brosskart said that they will deliver in 4-7 days). On 14th Oct the Status showed as Shipped through Bluedart. I was expecting the delivery soon. But I was shocked when I checked further on 17th Oct with Bluedart with the given AWB/ Docket No., the given AWB No. was fake. I have been trying to contact Brosskart on [protected], [protected] since many days but the contact number is now showing as incorrect and their other contact numbers are not responding. Even they are not responding to my mails. Brosskart has cheated me and caused mental tension and harrasment and inconvenience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
