I have face power cut problem in our area many time and any time also i have face low voltage issue from last one week, because of low voltage my ac is not in working condition as well as my fan is moving very slow, i already submit complaint to customer care but there is no response. I am resident of block a sewak park, new delhi. There is so many power cut for 15 min to 2hr daily in the area. Right now temp of delhi almost 48 degree and i am living in the capital of india. How irresponsible the company bses that could not maintain the power supply in such small areas. Nearby the society name winterhill have 24*7 power supply. I am damn income tax payer around 1.2lac per year but i could not get power supply for 24*7...

Despite my repeated complaint to customer care ([protected], [protected], [protected]) nothing has been done till date. The kind of response of customer care is extremely poor and they even not following up the matter.

This to bring in your kind notice that power supply in our area was shut down from last 20 Hrs, after repletely requesting to your customer care from 11pm yesterday – every time they were saying it will take another 1 hrs.

I, mr. Joginder lamba, ca no.[protected], have (Wrongly) received a letter from bses, room no. 123, gandhi market, minto road, delhi-110 002 of outstanding amount of rs. 45114.74. The letter is addressed to mr. Vinod kumar ca no.[protected], who was the owner of the plot no. 1/515, gf, gali imli wali, ganda nala, mori gate.

The owner had constructed 4 shops on the same plot no. 1/515 and had allotted these...

I an doubting that my meter is running fast. Please come and check my meter so that i can pay my bill. I am calling your customer care as they told me that 3 days bill is approx. 5000/-, but how is this possible that only 3 days bill is so high. I already paid last month bill but now your customer care is saying that currently bill is generated of two months. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible....

So many phone calls i received, bses person told me that i have submitted ur papers. But voltas person from hauz khas told me i have no ac. I am a army vetran staying at d42 third floor nangal dewat vasant kunj 110070, my bills have been exceeding for quite sometime but i never complained last months bill was 1033 units which is not possible as most of the time nobody was at home in delhi. My ca no[protected] request analyse my bills for last year and a half its inflated and last months is definetely. The owner of the building is having some commercial activities in the basement...

This complaint is for south delhi - ward-94s - vishwakarma colony (Pul prehladpur) - dumbbells gym street. There are about 5 streetlights in this street and 2 out of 5 always remain faulty. I complain almost every month.
And 1 street light near demolished building taken away by bses in the month of february. I even complaint to mcd customer care number but there is no provision to lodge complaint for a missing light as they can lodge...

Frequest power cut
Hi sir/madam,

I am residing in block - g, aya nagar, new delhi -110047 area. From last few months there are frequent uneven cuts of electricity supply. Electricity cuts off in day time (Any time) as well as at night time (Any time) also and its about more than 8 to 10 hours continuous.

I got my latest bses rajdhani bill on 27/4/19 for my ca number[protected]. The bill number was[protected]. I had a security deposit of rs 3600 with bses rajdhani. What bses rajdhani did was that it altered the security deposit from rs 3600 to rs 600 (A loss of rs 3000) to the customer (I. E. Me) without any information. Kindly find out on what basis bses rajdhani has done that and get a fresh bill issued with proper refunding of the wrongly...

My complain is about the inconvenience being created by the electric pole standing in the middle of the entrance of the street.
Due to this pole we are unable to carry get water from tankek as it is creating obligation in the entrance of any big vehicle. So, i request you to displace this pole as soon as possible.

There been a lot of voltage fluctation in my area (Sant garh near ravidas mandir tilak nagar new delhi 18) it specially happens at night the things is our electric appliances gets damage by it and its too hot the fans does even work properly because of this low volatage fluctuation problem please solve this problem as soon as possible the volatage is stay so slow that our even cant work properly please resolve this problem...

My neighbor meter take by bses rajdhani due to non payment of dues for long time but they still uses electricity from direct power box without any meter. Please send any person to check and remove electricity line until and unless meter is installed. His name is jitendra kumar and meter no is 24320566 which is uninstalled and never...

Our Phase Box has caught fire many times because Illegal cables have been laid from that to other areas...It is a very Dangerous Situation as it is the everyday route of many people, Children and Senior Citizens who might not know going from this route may kill their lives.

Hence I request you to please look into the matter Carefully by Repairing that area and making all the cables underground....
