Hi,
I made a bill payment on 25/11/14 and received failure message (PME10007-Invalid acquirer response) after the payment. The amount had been debited from my bank as confirmed by them. Please revert the transaction and credit the amount paid back to the bank account as soon as possible. Transaction details are as follows:
