This has reference to my complaint submitted vide No. CG/UR - 1319 / 2015 Fwd: {DWML15089969} [REPLY3] Re:Fwd: Incorrect Bill- July 2015 and {DWML15089914} [REPLY3] Re:Fwd: Incorrect Bill- July 2015.
In this context it is regretted to inform that after brought to your notice about malpractice in our bill no action / rectification has been taken till date.
Yesterday, I have also received Bill No.[protected] for the month of August wherein again overcharged bill amount has generated. In this bill we have consumed 383 Units and as per Govt. Guidelines below 400 Units subsidy is to be given but in this bill no subsidy was given. I have also given complete reason why the previous and current bill was generated wrongfully which shows the malpractices take on your part. Few consumers you have provided subsidized rates and few of them without subsidized rates even on same grounds (for this I have provided you documentary evidence).
Since, last month I have approached you for rectification in my previous and current bill amount but no action has been taken till date which may invites the legal proceeding against you.
Keeping in view of above, it is again requested to rectify the issues without further delay.
