The O & M officers and contact lineman( complaint centre ) of Chandni chowk div. do not take complaints seriously. Mr. Rajinder Singh- BM (O&M) Chandni Chowk Div. is also not co-operative with us.
On 21/4/15, shutdown took place at 1:00 a.m at 1211 and others at Gali Mahal Sarai, Punjabi Phatak, Ballimaran. Complaint center Lahori Gate was informed but they failed to attend to the complaint till 4:00 a.m. Neeraj and Naresh were on duty and according to them the fault was minor as nuetral wire had come off.
On 24/4/15, supply was shut down at Lal Kuan from 10.00 pm till 4.00 pm. At complaint center TO Mr Nagar was there.He was not able to give proper information why the supply was cut-0ff? After 1.00 am he switched off his cell no [protected].
So at night a supervisor is necessary so they can satisfy the complaintanant by the giving proper information.
