[Resolved] BSNL — After payment -amount deducted but system not updated | |||
On[protected], I tried to recharge my son's phone having No-[protected], thru' BSNL PORTAL.In the process, the amount Rs-55/-was deducted but the phone was not recharged so far & the amount also not credited back in to my account.The following are details of Transacation Online Bill Payment services View Payments View Transactions Complaints Post your complaint for GSM / WiMAX CDMA Prepaid Mobile Complaint Category: After payment, amount deducted, but system not updated Problem Type: system not updated If the Amount is debited from Bank account and the Receipt is not Generated Online, Please allow us to generate the receipt for you within 48 Hours. If you have not got the receipt even after 48 hours, Please Submit the TransactionID to notify the Problem to the BSNL Team. Email Id:dr.[protected]@gmail.com Contact Mobile No:[protected] Prepaid Mobile No:( Effected)-[protected] Transaction Id TXT[protected] Phone No [protected] Date of Transaction[protected].55PM Payment Status initiated As informed in the above, after 48 hours I complained same to BSNL Team and also phoned directly to BSNL customer care.of course, the amount may be less but in the process there should not be such mistakes.
