Telephone Connection No.2591776 was surrendered during the month of July 2014 and the instrument was handed over in bsnl office as we have shifted our family to visakhapatnam where our daughter is residing. We have received a message on mobile from BSNL, Nagpur that we have to pay Rs.2940/- before 6th October, 2014. Before surrender of the telephone connection we have cleared all the outstanding dues.
