[Resolved]  BSNL — Amount paid for new general plan Rs 103 ,but notactivated

Sir iam janardhana reddy from salem BSNL pre paid mobile no [protected], 3 days back i paid Rs 49, it activated for nesam gold, but again i need New general plan, so yesterday i paid Rs 103 for New general plan, i got massage that amount collected BSNL, but now General plan is not activated, still it is showing Nesam gold only, i request you change my plan to New general plan, otherwise you add this amount to my balance account, i tried to contact 1503, but no response, very poor customer care, pls help me Thank you Janardhana Reddy [protected] salem (tamilnadu state)
