Dear Sir,
I was BSNL customer since June 2015. I shifted my home in April 2015 from Anand to Vadodara for two years. Before, that I visited BSNL office Vithhal Udyognagar branch to cancel my connection. On customer care desk, I told her for the same. She informed me not to disconnect your phone but she advised me to fill a form for freeze your account so you can easily reconnect your phone after two years and there are no any charges for that. I did accordingly. After one month I received a bill. I again visited the branch. I told her about this. I paid my bill. Then she again advised me to submit your phone and cancelled your connection. I did it. I submitted my phone. I again got the bill. Due to misguide of your customer care executive why should I pay the bill? Kindly I request to waive my bill of Amount and amount of deposit and last pending bill.
