BSNL - Worst Internet Broadband Service

Since last 2months we are experiencing frequent disconnections in our BSNL Broadband service, also the land-line connection is not working fine. Despite of logging complaints on their helpline : 198 several times, almost every alternate day and also post visiting the BSNL office 2 times in a month there is no proper action from their side. The concerned officials just mark the complain as resolved from their end without asking whether actually the issue is resolved or not. Till date after several complaints the BSNL Kalyan officials have not visited our home to check the problem and we are billed...

BSNL - Major changes in broadband charges without intimation

Hi, I have a BSNL broadband connection with account number of 9019191656. I am on the BBG FN Combo 630 plan where night 2 am to 8 am it is free. But BSNL has removed the night free feature from the plan from July 1st onwards and did not even bother to inform us. No call, no SMS, no email. It was only on July 7th that I read somewhere on Internet of plan change. Until then I had downloaded 5GB of data at night (which was supposed to be free) but now is chargeable. This is a real shocker from BSNL. I did not expect such communication lapse from them. I would request them to revert back the charges...

BSNL - Billing failed with error messege but the amount deducted from SBI account

Hi, I have tried to pay my BSNL broadband bill on 10th july 2014 a amount of Rs.2272 through bsnl portal but it was failed with an error and a amount of Rs 2272 deducted from my SBI account.I used SBI master card for the payment through Billdesk.Till now neither payment is successful nor billdesk returned my money.Please help me in this regard. BSNL - delay in informing about broadband plan change

the broadband tariff in our number 033-24959841, under the name dr. samir dalapati, gives 2.5 gb free data and night unlimited as the plan old BBG FN 500. w.e.f 1st july 2014, the night unlimited on this plan has been completely removed. but bsnl only informed us about this change on 7th july, 2014. Till then, a lot data was downloaded as we thought it was unlimited. so this month's bill will carry a lot more extra fee because of bsnl. if bsnl informed us properly, it could be prevented completely. shame on you bsnl....

I have not played single game.
They have given the toll free no. 18002097010.
They are picking but they say our executives are busy. Kindly wait.See the matter.
The bill is sent by increasing about 1000 rupees.
Immediatelt deactivate these games & inform us immediately....

BSNL mobile number 9531020240 prepaid mobile recharged 135/- on 10-07-2014 at 12:49A.M., second time recharded 135/- at 01:07 A.M. through paytm cash as 350 minutes per month basis..Due to server problem it is first time show transaction failed . So I go for another attempt to recharge it. So It is double payment made. Kindly arrange to refund of my Rs 135/- to my paytm cash account at the earliest possible please. i have been using bsnl 500combo plan far past 6years, which provide me unlimited download during 2am to 8am.today i came to know that bsnl withdrawn the whole plan for new and existing customer from 1st july2014. Is it a legal way to change existing post paid plan without any concern of customer, moreover how it can be possible to break agreement with a post paid customer without notifying .please do as need full....

Sir/ Madam, I am Vivek residing in Nallampalayam, Coimbatore-641006. For the 6 months I have internet problem and am complaining very often and they are not repairing perfectly. Even the next street fellows uses the same connection but works perfect. It works perfect for a day and again the problem persist. I complaint to the automatic complaint register number 198 nearly 4 times a week. My telephone number is 2537809. I was not informed on an early basis that my Broadband Data Plan BBG FN COMBO 630 will get the revoke of Night Unlimited Scheme from 2:00 am to 8:00 am. Instead a concession plan has been implied. I got the information on My registered E-Mail address on 7th of July this month when I had already made a download of 13GB. This much of usage shall bring a havoc on my budget. I believe that I must have got a prior notification on the changes in my mail in the month of June....

Hi Sir/madam, I have requested for Landline connection two maonths ago and submitted all required documents and a cheque of Rs: 500. But till now i didnt get the connection. Called to BSNL office more than 10 times no proper response and they always direct me to other BSNL office. Fed up with all and i didnt follow up with the connection status. Before two weeks i got a message stating "Your Order is not feasible at the outdoor. Order number is:110923378556". So please i request you to cancel the request for new connection and refund my money....

BSNL - inspite of regular complaints, not getting promised internet speed.

Hi, I am one more irritated consumer of BSNL. I used to pay Rs.1000 for my BB-999 plan which promised a speed of 4 Mb/sec but I never got it. It means that my downstream should have been 4000 + but it was actually 2000. I always got a speed of 1mbps. Now I chamged my plan to BB900 which promises a speed of 2mbps instead i get 720kbps, not even 1mbps. My current downstream is 726.My landline number is 0172-2572372. Please resolve it. I have complained so many times by visiting there, still no relief. They don't answer their phones.I am frustrated, you are my last hope or I will get it removed....
