sir I recharged amount of Rs 200 /- to my mobile no 9497365216(BSNL KERALA) on 26 jun 2015 it was not recharged to mobile and payment was deducted from my SBI bank account.bSNL TXN NO: TXL2606201556724 and TXL2606201557169 showing unsuccessful but money deducted from the account....

Dear Sir, Please look into the matter. The issue remains unresolved even after 10 days. I have tried all options to escalate my problem, but no response received. I have made annual paym, ent for BSNL BB and hence losing out on days due to conncetivity issues. Please assist. I have complained on IVRS for Broadband Connectivity issue where router needs to be re configured for 033 24747777 on 27/6/2015, Friday at 7.30 PM ( I do not have docket no ) On Monday, I received a call on my landline asking if the net is working or not. BSNL Network - Broadband not working 20 / 30 days a month

My BSNL LL 0651-2260394 is in order.Yoyr service personnel have configured the i-Ball modem too...the coonection is not even staying for seconds, automatically disconnecting...this has been going on since 15 June15.
No corrective action has been taken despite repeated telephonic and in-person complaints.
I'm being given flimsy excuses like server is down, its raining now, next 2 days it will correct itself, etc which is just nonsense.
Im an old BSNL customer for past 10 yrs..never faced this problem.I have 950 UL plan which I have made annual payment till May2016.

i have returned a postpaid sim card to bsnl for deactivation with phone number 7382101147 in the month of january 2015, the refund was processed on 17th feb, 2015, but i have still not received the refund amount of Rs.500/=(five hundred only) from them inspite of numerous visits to their office from where i purchased it, which is located at patny circle, r.p.road, secunderabad, telangana. pin code 500003. I am a consumer of BSNL internet and using an unlimited plan. I live in a place where we have no other alternate to get a broadband other than BSNL. Repeated complaints are not at all making things in order. I am paying the bills correctly but with no proper service. this is to inform you that i am a BSNL user for a long time but since my start, I have been facing problems with my Internet connection.

Over the time, I have lodged a complaint with BSNL and many personel have attended my house to solve the problem via various methods, but till date the problem is not fully solved.

The connection is very slow, (though i hold the most costly and fastest network plan of BSNL), the line keeps getting dis-connected from time-to-time and recently I found out that the ADSL link is going off from the modem...

BSNL - Not providing proper internet speed as per plan

I am taking broadband services from bsnl since last 6 year, but bsnl had not provide internet speed as per plan so i change my plan since dec. 2014 to bb rural combo ul 650 but after six month passed this huge amount plan also not provide the very less speed (Plan is 512 kpbs) it provides only between 120 - 170 kpbs sometimes it become more less.
So bsnl is cheating rural customer and often it breaks its services, there is no proper maintenance of broadband or landline, these services may disconnects without any notice and after complaining telephonic it could not be solve.

I am using pre paid mobile of BSNL since last 15 years. My office is situated at Satpuda Bhavan, Arera Hills Bhopal at ground floor. I am not getting the network since last 15 years.
