I Mr. Janardan Waman Shetgaonkar was applied for New land line and Broadband connection in month of September 2014 at Office of Mapusa, Goa. Landline connection is given on 10/11/2014 (Phone No. 0832-2244284). But Broadband connection is not yet given. Kindly look into matter and do the needful on urgent basis....

BSNL - NEVER GOT THE SPEEDS OF BROADBAND PLAN (BBG COMBO ULD 2799 4MBPS TILL 30GB, 2MBPS BEYOND 30GB)

I have made several complains to BSNL regarding the poor link speed that I receive. I am using the BBG Combo ULD 2799 plan which proclaims 4Mbps. I do not receive 4Mbps, nor do I receive 512Kbps. After contacting, they always say that I'm getting my full 4Mbps, and that my link is limited to 4Mbps as I'm on the 4Mbps plan. But I do not get 4Mbps. I receive pathetic link speeds ranging from 56Kbps to 300Kbps. Their Customer Care never have a solution, nor do they even bother to rectify or give any detail about the matter, they just say that you are receiving the speed that you have paid for. Don't...

I have applied for a new connection online in October and the necessary application form and documents were collected by your local representative in last week of October. I received the above number from local exchange after three days with a promise that the line will get connected within 10 days. Since then I have received several calls from your technician asking for the location to come and connect the line which has not been happened so far. I regret to bring it to your kind notice about the lethargic approach of the concerned staff to carry out the necessary connection....

BSNL - Non-functioning of telephone

My telephone (Land line no is 04344-225582. The same is not functioning since March, 2013. Inspite of several complaintsto several officers from Chairman to GM to everybody, BSNL has not taken any action resolve the complaint. At last after receiving a bill for Rs. 25000/- (approx) I sent copies of all the correspondence to GM and AO BSNL Dharmapuri, TN. Within 15 days my telephone was disconnected and they sent an intimation stating that my account has expired since 15.12.2014 and my amount will also expire w.e.f 31.12.2014. Without land line my internet does not work putting me into a lot of difficulties....

We reported the complaint at the BSNL Telephone Exch., Maradu, Ernakulam, Kerala, many a time.We have already paid Rs.7500 as annual payment towards availing internet services. We are in very urgent need of internet services. The cable problem noted by the exchange is not yet solved.Kindly take immediate action to redress our grievance....

I have paid the bill amount of Rs.954/- on 6.12.2014 though I was out of country from 15.11.2014. I was shocked to see that my bill is pending for payment and I was asked to pay Rs.1054/- again on 17.12.2014, stating that the due date is 29.12.2014. I again made payment of Rs.1054/- on 17th itself as only after making payment we can appeal for refund otherwise the connection will be disconnected. I own a BSNL phone connection in Kerala. It has not been working for many months. I have tried every possible way to reolve it. My exchange keep telling they dont have cable for the repair works. They even demanded cash so that they may purchase cable. I contacted my exchange- no help. They say no cable. We cannot do anything.
