My landline No. is 03325640948 and customer id is3005617772 I have a broadband connection in this no. The scheme I am in is 999 rs with speed of 4 Mpbs upto 8 Gb download but for last 2 months the speed is 0.65 to 1.00 Mpbs and I have made several complaints to BSNL with no repite and to make a complain you have to spend more than 15 mins and make atleast 6 attempts and after that a person will ring back and say that it is not his duty complain to the DE (int) of the exchange, and you will never get the DE to respond to the phone and it will not be attainded this is on for tasl 10 days. I am Prasenjit Das, a Central Government Employee, residing at 74 B.P.M.B Sarani, Bhadrakali Hooghly, PIN-712232, West Bengal. I am a BSNL Mobile service subscriber, on 25.07.14 and 30.07.14 Rs.5/- each day, was charged from my mobile talktime balance for some Service named Lifestyle, a service which I never activated or availed. to seek refund of the amount I called the Customer Care Helpline for BSNL at 9400024365 uncountable times and every time it went unanswered, I wasted my time in calling this helpline. all I need is the refund of the amount of Rs.10/- and for this, I am registering a Complaint....

I already have given this complaint but as it takes longer time as well as no responds from bsnl castomer care, therefore I am repeating my complaint where my money got debited from my bank account but the balance not got credited to my mobile . My broadband is not connecting from last 7 days. It shows error 651 each time. I have submitted a complain on 25th july 2014. today is 29th july 2014. No action has been taken, even they had not contacted me. I tried to recharge my mobile no. 9425985832 through your BSNL portal but it failed to complete the process. it happened two times on same day i.e. 28th july 2014, first i tried to do recharge of Rs. 250/- and later of Rs. 100/- both time the transaction failed, but the money has been debited from my bank account. i check even after 24 hrs also but its not being refunded till now. Requesting you to kindly refund the amount of Rs. 350/- for failed transaction....

BSNL - money deducted but recharge unsuccessful

I tried to recharged my mobile online today and Rs. 110 was deducted from my bank account. But Recharge was not done. I have this experience 3 times this month and I have lost around 300 Rs. to BSNL. Now how do I recover the money from BSNL. Calling BSNL customer service is 100% useless as they never going to take the call and you will be wasting half an hour of your time hoping some one will take the call....

Actually Today I tried to recharge my Assam BSNL (GSM) Mobile through Net Banking of State Bank Of India . It was successful transaction and the amount I tried to recharge got debited from my account, But did not get the talktime . BSNL - Extremely poor services and attitude towards complaints

The services offered by BSNL are pathetic. Internet connection and land-line connections are off for months and when a complaint is lodged, after 15 days or so they change its status to 'Closed' without even checking the problem. And when we call about this, they ask us to lodge a new complaint which again is closed after 15 days. It's been months since they're following this practice. Sometimes they say - nobody was home on the day they came to check and so they closed the complaint. Whenever they cannot check the problem, the status must be 'Pending' and not 'Closed'. There is no compensation...

Hello, I am Pradeep Meena and was residing in Panchkula for a month and half. I took BSNL broadband service there at that time. After a month I decided to shift back to Mumbai and submitted disconnection form to the BSNL office at sector 5 Panchkula. They made me fill a form for disconnection and told me it will be done. Few days back I received a bill of Rs. 2110. This is total surprise for me as I chose a plan of Rs. 1000 and they are sending me this bill that too after I submitted the form on 2nd July 2014. I am using two bsnl cellular number, both are DND registered. One is 9435002770 registered for DND dated 21st July, 2012 and another one is 9435002700 registered for DND dated 18th July, 2012.
