BSNL - Charging extra money on bill

Sir, My phone no is 04132333217. It proves to be very bad on the BSNL part to act like this and eat our money without knowing to the customers by activating some idiotic service called as hungama service. I request the bsnl people to deactivate the service immediately. Even after issuing the letter you have not done it. If this continues we will have to approach the consumer court. So take necessary action as soon as possible....

I had recharged my prepaid mobile under voice pack scheme for rs135/- talk time for 5hours 35 minutes at 6.51 pm dated 22/10/14. I have received the SMS from your side giving the confirmation at 6.52 pm. But today balance of 00.84 paise is been shown, i have not used my phone for that amount...mobile no 9421670568...

I had recharged my prepaid mobile under voice pack scheme for rs135/- talk time for 5hours 35 minutes at 6.51 pm dated 22/10/14. I was using the data connection of my mobile on other device and suddenly received a message that I have been charged Rs 30 for subscribing to video on demand service, which I of course didn't do (they do these kind of things to steal the balance from the subscribers account often), i was already running low on balance while roaming and this just made it worse. Please look in to the issue and take necessary action as soon as possible....

BSNL - Bill against dead telephone connection

Since the first week of April 2014 my Telephone set is out of order. On 10th April I lodged a complaint (Docket no. 12482896512 dated 10.04.2014). Till now I tried several times to contact the local Exchange. On the middle of June 2014, I was able to contact the concern person (perhaps SDE, 25372026), who assured to solve the problem shortly. Unfortunately noting happened to reconnect the dead telephone set. Still BSNL is sending bill regularly and deduct the bill amount from my bank account using auto debit facility....

I am using landline 080 25716315 - my problem is that my telephone was provided with the service of self dialing with code 161 and for communication purpose in my family from floor to floor

Off late when i lodged a complaint for telephone not working the facility has been withdrawn and the lineman says that the facility is with drawn - when enquired with the bsnl officials of the area, i was told that the facility is not withdrawn

The lineman is playing in between i do not understand why. We have been paying our bills regularly when payment is made in time we do expect...

My landline number along with STD code is 01342-263065. I have got a broadband connection along with it which was giving satisfactory service for past few years, but from about 2 months the internet connection is frequently going down and recovering in some time i.e. the internet runs fine for 5 minutes but suddenly it gets disabled for 10 minutes, whether the dsl indicator is blinking or not. It is very annoying as it has caused me to lose a lot of valuable information. I request the responsible authorities to please look into the problem and resolve it....

Dear Sir/Madam I applied for new connection on 16.09.2014 for broadband service and deposited the amt for broadband service too but till date service is not activated. Landline was installed on 29.09.2014 but broadband service is still not activated. In-spite of my several request and visit for activation of BB it is still not activated. Every time i visit them or call them they told me that service will be activated on date but still it is not activated. I am really fed up with BSNL service, if BB service will not be activated in next 2 days i will terminate my connection....
