My father submitted an application for the issue of nano sim and he issued a micro sim. When went back again to ask, he was behaving so rudely and so we bought another new nano sim through other application. This is not fair for an employee to behave rashly with the customers....

I, Sudhir Kumar Singh S/O Shree Bipin Bihari Singh residential of Sengartola (revilganj) chhapra (saran) had paid amount of Rs 2000 for getting landline connection in year 2001.But sadly saying I didn't get any connection till 2010. Then I deposit one application to BSNL office (sahebganj, saran) for the refund of the paid amount but BSNL said that they had already send check of Rs 2718 through Registry letter no. 912 on date : 17/7/2010. FROM 14.05.2015 MY BRODBAND IS NOT WORKING AND FROM THAT DAY I HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT TO BSNL CUSTOMER CARE BUT FROM THAT DATE THEY ARE ASSURING ME THAT OUR ENGINEER WILL ATTEND THE COMPLAINT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS BUT MY COMPLAINT HAVE NOT BEEN SOLVED YET. For 1 week broadband and landline is not working properly, I made my complained on customer care but there is no response or improvement on my complaint, after one week I called customer care and enquired on my complaint, but it's so awful, customer care people have me the procedure to stop the service instead of solving the problem....

This is second time i am complaining from consumer complaints website about the same problem.. bsnl still dint resolve it. don't know if they are understanding my complaint. its been 4 weeks now... i am complaining about bsnl broadband internet problem (connection drops/ no constant signal) and also the land line is not clear(disturbance). i received few calls from bsnl, asking about the problem, i explained to them that connection drops after few minutes.. and also the phone line is not clear. they said they will resolve it. but i am still facing the same problem.. registered my complaint...

i paid 5000rs for 1470rs internet connection as advance on around 8th may.they said i will get connection in 4 days.but till now i didnt get connecctioon and when contacted they are not replying to my calls and sometimes they are talking carelessly, disrespectfully....

Sir/Madam, We are living near Ottoor junction in Varkala Taluk limits of Trivandrum disrtrict.The BSNL tower covering this area is from Manamboor Naalumukku Jn, which is almost a kilometer away.Six moths back it was found that the signal strength at Ottoor and nearby areas is fluctuating from nil condition to two or three bits.The matter was brought to the concerned BSNL officers(AEs) and they informed that the reason is due to a faulty antina pointing to Ottoor area, on the Manaboor Jn Tower.They assured as of uninterrupted service within few days, even without accepting a written complaint...

Sir/Madam, This is to inform with utter frustration that I am not able to get a continuous net availability for the last 3 months.(No: 487-2392343) For 6 pm to 10 pm not is completely unavailable. Rest of the time it comes and goes. We have called BSNL office for around 20 times. Nearly 7 times they came here to check after checking here and there they say problem is not here and not from there and it is in the line. Still they are not doing anything.We are paying the bill of more than 700 for the last three months. Pleas do the needful....

Sir/Madam, Last month i got 3G data usage bill 10, 700. I came to the BSNL office twice. Accounts officer showed usage of around 8000 on April 23rd, 24th 2015. I haven't used the 3G SIM all at that time. Can you please help in the validty of this abnormal bill. I have been using the 3D cell for data usage and the bill used to be around 150/- to 300/- for the past 3 years. Officer informed that i was notified message. But i was using the 3G broadband adapter, hence i didn't recieve any messages. My 3G cell number is 8332843045 and account number is 513687992 Can u please help...
