Failing to provide proper service and customer care

Mobile no[protected], BSNL UP East. Recharged my cell for 84 STD call rate cutter pack on 25th Aug 2014 Balance was deducted but pack was not activated. A extortionately high call rate of 1.8 p is charged...!!! BSNL - regarding delay in rent delivery of bsnl tower

there is a regular delay in delivery of rent on the tower located in ongole town, distt. prakasam (A.P), The august month is over bt i haven't yet received the rent of july-august & this is not the ist time .. I have contacted to the BSNL distt. office but the accountant concerned has told me that there is a delay due to new procedure in bsnl headquarter, i think that it is the moral responsibilty of bsnl to deliver the rent on time...

Wronge deduction of Charges from mobile no. 9428975780

Broadband Plan Changed without informing

I am a customer of bsnl wire line services since 4 years. I have subscribed broadband plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO monthly which gives 1.5 GB data in all time and night unlimited[protected] hours free. In July and August bill bsnl changed my plan BBG FN HOME 500 COMBO too BBG CNT COMBO 500 without intimation. They didn't notify me about this and charged for night hours.in June 2014 my bill was 571 rupees only and now in July its become 2632...

Very Slow Internet Connection

I purchase BSNL CDMA Data Card PCMCIA Type (WB & CTD) on 2007. Speed of line is 256 kbps I am using it only for gathering information from Internet but now a days the Internet connection slower and slower google page open about 1 minute. But BSNL send me the bill Rs. 225/- properly but they did not repaired the problem....

Prepaid Sim card using as 3G Not Working

The Sim card I use in BSNL 3G Data card belongs to AP and currently I am in pune, Maharashtra. I recharged it with 2GB of data for Rs.252 but whenever I try to "connect", it shows "The PP protocol link control protocol is terminated". I tried to call to customer care service no one is responding properly....

I have submitted complaints to 1500 repeatedly. I have been receiving conformation over my mob.[protected] confirming registration of all my complaints (last complaint no.-[protected]). But there is no respite as yet. Instead I have been receiving messages from Bsnl mentioning complaints to have been resolved against each complaints. But in reality it is not so. How come Bsnl could act in such a manner ? Please see to it....

Not Getting Value for Money!

I am using BBG Combo ULD 1425 and I am supposed to get 4Mbps from the first of the month for a Limit of 20 GB Data! Now 4 days have passed and I am getting only 1Mbps and I I call the helpline No one answers the phone! When i went to the BSNL Broadband office in Margao they tell me that there is a problem in the lien and they will send the lineman to rectify the problem but no one has come to attend the problem!...
