BSNL Broadband is not Working - Harassment

I have raised a complaint on 17th July 2014 for the BSNL Broadband[protected] which was completely out of order due to no ring tone on land line device. Attached photo proof of complaints raised.

It seems to be an small issue and could be solved within a day. Rather than I had to visit in person to the nearest telephone exchange (IIMB, Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road) daily for a follow up. All the time I was promised to resolve...

mobile network coverage in my locality

The BSNL mobile tower situated at Tengapukhuri, District: Sivasagar, Assam remains down when there is an electricity power cut in the area. Being a remote area we often face power cut in the locality, but at the same time we dont get mobile network coverage from the nearest mobile tower in Tengapukhuri. The local people are facing this problem for almost a year now. Online/telephonic complaints have been booked but the problem was not solved...

Sudden change in the night free (2 - 8 am) broadband plan

This is absolutely preposterous!!! On August 7th my landline and broadband bill came to be 6500 charging 3681/- for night free download. To my shock, That was when I found out that the Night Unlimited Plans have been scrapped. So i’ve been using internet at night for the whole month of July and starting of August without any notification. I have registered my mobile at BSNL but have received no notification whatsoever. Recharged failed

Faulty line and dead broadband
