Broadband Not Working from 15 days.

Dear BSNL Authorities I dont know why govt. has given job opportunities to Bhopal Circle BSNL officer who cant resolve a single broadband problem at all from 15 days. internet not working since 1 week

Not helping the customers

sir we are using bsnl landline in tirupathi for nearly 10 years we taken bsnl broadband connection form 4 months ago now the network started to disconnecting automatically andcontinusly from 5 to min o[censored]sage i filed complaint about it but no use they are not responding properly we taken the bsnl broad band because it is a good network but they are not helping the customers i also know that there are so many of them facing also facing this...

Unable to recharge under magicplan

carelessness of BSNL

I have recharged magic 375 voice plan(MAGIC-375 UNLIMITED ON-NET LOCAL CALLS 30 days) for mobile no [protected] on 03/07/2014 at 01.21 PM Ref no [protected].i received a message from BSNL also.But till now they did not activated the plan and money is deducting as usual( per sec call rate) for on net calls also. BSNL Charging night time free

I m have BBG CNT Combo 630 fpr 3 years, earlier I had 250 free calls and night time free internet. BSNL then changed the plan for only BSNL to BSNL free calls. Majority of my contacts uses connection other than BSNL so I will have been better of[censored]sing 500 combo plan. Now BSNL has suddenly started charging for night time free without prior information and I have ended up using 18 GB. I feel this is totally unjustified from BSNL....
