i got this sms "Sales Transaction for Mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please contact customer care for further assistance. REf No.[protected]"
The amount is deducted from my SBI account (as i paid through netbanking on portal.bsnl.in and it shows success TRANSACTION ID TXE[protected]

Kindly refund the amount or activate stv95 on my mobile....

Non attendance of complaint.

Blackberry Service not working

Improper broadband speed

I got my broadband connection started on 29th of jan...I applied for 900 unlimited combo plan. According to it I should get speed of 2mbps upto 8gb and beyond it I should get 512kbps of speed..But I am getting 70 kbps of max speed on todays date...what should I do...

On-line recharge not successful

My Cell-one mobile top up was done on[protected] at 6:33 am using BSNL website for the purpose. An amount of rs.220 was deducted from the bank account but the same was not credited as top-up. Deliberate subscription without consent

No customer care email id in bsnl website

Hi, Bsnl should add / mention email id of customer care of each and every circle / states as is been seen in other telecom network such as Tata Docomo, Reliance, Vodafone. By adding email id of customer care, customer can explain in detail there problems. Giving a call many time i faced problem, the customer care who are attending the calls are either have less business (bsnl) information. They dont have proper knowledge of BSNL plans...

BIS Lite Plan not act

I recharged my BSNL number [protected] (punjab) by Rs95 ( BIS Lite Plan Amount ) on 19 Feb ( 07:00 AM) and waited for 5-6 hours ( Previuolsy the activation has taken less then a hour ). But, after 5-6 hours the plan doesn't got activated so I called BB Helpline (1505) and they said don't panic it will get activated after 24 hours. E-mail / SMS not received on payment of bill through Debit Card

Sir, I have a BSNL landline connection with number[protected] at 138, Gopur Colony, Indore. I received bill for the month of Jan, 2014 by SMS on my mobile no. [protected] on 4/2/2014. The last date of payment was 25/2/2014. On 18/2/2014, I remitted payment through debit card of Bank of Maharashtra. In the past, I get both SMS as well as e-mail on the same day. Deduction of money without consent.
