My Landline device which bsnl provided is not working properly and has major problems. Now for the past one month its not working and we cant able to make calls too. I have made so many complaints regarding this device and to replace it. But the officials there saying to buy a new landline device and they cant provide it. Is BSNL wont provide laldline device or local officials r cheatig us not giving the device?...

Hello, my telephone number is[protected]. I have been charged an extra amount for Hungama Games on Demand every month, which i am not using or subscribed to!
