On 16th July 2015, I have given written request to disconnect my Broadband connection which I took from BSNL.
They told me to settle the remaining amount of 3360/-. I repaid the said amount immediately to Bangalore Jayanagar office. When I asked for counter slip, they said, not needed sir. It will be disconnected. Don’t worry.
Now see, past Friday (August 24, 2015) I got a bill amount of 1933/- on top of payment which I did of 3360/-.
I don’t understand how this bill has come up. I called the call center they said, “Sir your phone connection was disconnected not the Broadband”.
I don’t want any service from BSNL. I have come to this statement after 1year of suffering of hostile service.
Please if you want to help me, just disconnect the service and revoke the bill amount.
