BSNL — BB &LL bill while tel.service was not accessable more than one month

sir, i am a bb & LL customer with the id no.[protected] & tel.no.[protected]. this telphone was completely dead from April 19th to May 22 of 2014.(partially available only on28th april). Though i have made so many complaints directly to the exchange and via sms, the situation remained same for more than one month.finally i approached the district administration through a written complaint and solved it.
Now i have got the bill amount as usual (bill no.[protected] even though i was denied the tel.service during the above period of more than one month. though it is partially two different months the service was denied to me. so i feel that great injustice from the part of bsnl by making money by denying the service promised.
it is a fact that the employees who get punishment is transferred to our area and when we approach them they r very rude in their behaviour. Ultimately the customer is punished by denying the service and giving the excess bill by the bsnl just because we r in rural area. so i kindly request you to consider this. thank u in advance to give your ear to our plea.
