BSNL — bbm plan not active

I recharged my BSNL number [protected] (punjab) by Rs95 ( BIS Lite Plan Amount ) on 28 Feb ( 07:00 AM) and waited for 24 hours ( Previuolsy the activation has taken less then a hour ). But, after 36 hours the plan doesn't got activated so I called BB Helpline (1505) and they said don't panic it will get activated after 24 hours. I waited for next 24 hours and now after the plan doesn't got activated. Customer Care is telling to wait for another 24 hours and when I resisted to know the reason they cut off the call. Now, my calls are not getting attended by the CC agent
