BSNL — Bill against dead telephone connection | |||
Since the first week of April 2014 my Telephone set is out of order. On 10th April I lodged a complaint (Docket no. [protected] dated 10.04.2014). Till now I tried several times to contact the local Exchange. On the middle of June 2014, I was able to contact the concern person (perhaps SDE,[protected], who assured to solve the problem shortly. Unfortunately noting happened to reconnect the dead telephone set. Still BSNL is sending bill regularly and deduct the bill amount from my bank account using auto debit facility.
