[Resolved] BSNL — Billing failed with error message, but the amount deducted from SBI account | |||
Hi, I have tried to pay my BSNL broadband bill on 10th july 2014 a amount of Rs.2272 through bsnl portal but it was failed with an error and a amount of Rs 2272 deducted from my SBI account.I used SBI master card for the payment through Billdesk.Till now neither payment is successful nor billdesk returned my money.Please help me in this regard. My name is Nitul Kumar Bordoloi and I am from Guwahati Assam.My Broadband no is[protected].I attached the sbi statement with this complain as a proof of payment. Was this information helpful? | |||
