bill on 2consecutive months for broadband cumTelephone service.
My self

:[protected] using a landline service of bsnl phone no[protected] {in name of
smt Tinu K narayanan }is put a complaint at your office on account
of over usage bills and the these bills are not convincible to us. Since, more than 5 yrs we are broad band and Telephone subscriber from BSNL, Kerala
.Even though there are frequent failure (especially in monsoon season) in BSNL
broadband service we thought to retain the service at minimum
cost, due to the attractive competitive tariff .The landlines have
almost have disconnection problem for every month for abt 5 or 6 days in per
month .In month of February, BSNL issued bill (which I paid online, (I thought
it may be the one year bill for Telephone, which I usually paying
as lump sum), and now in month of march again one bill generated ………… they are
putting extra usage which is completely mystery for us to understand. And
totally makes me upset and not justifiable, because after last bill we
unplugged all modem connection and not using broand band service. This you may
analysis technically .It is quite shocking service and bill which provided by bsnl.
I am hoping
that extra usage shown is technically
explainable from your side but as a user it is not convincible (I think there
is some issues in between this).As a customer, it is our right to know how and
when the over usage happened. However we would not like to put an argument, but paying bill and closing your broad band service at immediate
effect(13.05.2013) to save us from further unnecessary and non usage bill.
Kindly, do proceed your official process on my request.
