BSNL — Broad connection disconnected very later after receipt of application and non acceptance of landline disconnection application. | |||
I had submitted an application for closure of broadband connection on telephone no.[protected] registered in the name of my father Dr. R.P.singhal, on 13th September’ 2014( Copy attached). The broadband connection was not working since one week prior to the date of application. Till i.e. 23rd September ‘ 2014, no action was taken by SDO telecom Vasundhara Ghaziabad area Mr. Suresh Sharma ([protected]). When I went to him, he asked me to change the facts in the application and rewrite the new application, which I did. And to which he said, that disconnection will happen only at the month end coz there is a notification from BSNL that all the connections to be closed in the month end only. I asked for the notification copy but it was not provided. My connection got disconnected in october'14 month. Now i went to close my bsnl landline connection but people refused to accept the application. Please help on this and refund of extra payment of broadband connection without any use.
