BSNL — Broadband and landline not working for more than 10 days | |||
I am regular customer (BB and landline) of BSNL from Bavdhan Pune . Our BSNL landline is not working since 8 march 2015 and BB is not working since 13 march . Complaint has been already filed with docket ID [protected]. After constant follow up I get the same answer that technical work is in progress. How can I company keep there customer waiting for more than 10 days due to stupid technical work. If BSNL feel something for customers then they should restore the lines in a day and should not charge for this month. Was this information helpful? | |||
