BSNL Broadband — bsnl broadband doesn't connect continuously for last 2 months

From last 2 months my bsnl broadband doesn't connect continuously, i complaint several time to bsnl office (thuckalay) and through toll free number 1504.bt till they not rectify my broadband problem . i face a lot of problems, not able to do any transaction and not able to pay current bill etc.. through online . four times i directly went to bsnl office and make complaint about broadband problem but no use.i hope you will take necessary action and solve my bsnl broadband problem
