BSNL Broadband — bsnl broadband new connection not provided

Hi, This is Arghya. I have applied for BSNL Broadband two weeks ago. I have received the landline connection last week and the provider confirmed that broadband will be provided within 2-3 days from the day landline connection provided. But this has come to a week around, I keep on trying to ask BSNL for broadband connection, but the connection is still not provided. I have no use of the land line that BSNL fellows had provided.
