BSNL — Broadband is not working since last month

Dear Support, I am the BSNL Broadband user No#[protected]. Till last month we have several internet disconnection but since last month it's completely out. We are calling to the local wire man, he is coming and fixing but still the result is same. I don't have internet. Looking for the uninterrupted solution. Thanks, Vidyapati Jha
