BSNL Broadband Services — Pathetic Customer Service - BSNL Broadband | |||
Hi, As is the general opinion, Government services are bad - BSNL Broadband services are not an exception to that. I registered a complaint about my broadband connection on 02/06/2014. It has been 2 days now - still it has not been resolved - instead the complaint has been flagged as completed. I raised another complaint on 4/6/2014 - still waiting to see what their next action would be. There is no 24 hours customer service which is there which can be contacted from your mobile (Operators other than BSNL). It is really painful and pathetic. If the Government cannot give proper services they can very well outsource to third parties. At least they will do a decent job. I feel truly disheartened to have taken the Broadband Connection.
