I am Aditya Thakur From Bhuwanswer, I paid Rs 3125 to BSNL Authorized DSA
BHAKTA BHUSAN BARIK, IDS 17B00338, his number +91 [protected]
I paid him RS 3125 dated on 1Aug 2015, including his charge for BSNL Braodband + Landline connection, I followed him for new connection meanwhile he made so many story behalf of BSNL, finally he convert me connection to WiMAX on 22 Aug 2015, That too he installed fault machine at my premises.
I am keep requesting for landline he assured me just wait for 10 days finally he is not responding and not willing to pay my amount, i told him pay my remaining amount but he is not replaying and no proper response.
I went to BSNL office to complain against This type of DSA but they are saying its not our fault its between you and DSA.
At least i came to know that this company only promoting fraud, even this DSA Guys know that customer can not do any thing,
Any way now my concern is how to keep this GUYS on right Track.
From Past 3 days my Wimax not working not getting any support from BSNL neither DSA, BSNL saying your machine has fault so you have to wait for 10 more days because we dnt have new machine, if you are in urgent then call your DSA.
Now i dnt know what to do ???
Consumer from Bhuwanswer plz aware from M. Barik ( +91 [protected]) he is represent him self as BSNL DSA. he is a Big Fraud he will never tell you fact and he will charge you double the amount once you pay then you have to wait for atleast 15 to 30 days then he will convert your Landline+Broadband to Wimax plan,
