[Resolved]  BSNL — bsnl balance reduction

Respected Sir/Mam As i had main balance of total approx 87 rupess. for the using of internet i had recahrged of 17 rupees on 10 october 2014. but when i connect for the internet my main balance became zero and also net disconnected.i dont know how and why this happened. i contact to bsnl customer but response from bsnl side is that there was no data left for internet please help sujeet kumar my bsnl mobile no-[protected] alternate mob no-[protected]
