I am not able to pay my bsnl tel: bill through postoffice as the bar code cant be scanned, a few others have the same problem and for me this is the second time i am experienceing this. now i have to go the bsnl office to pay the bill that means i have travell another 15 kms to pay the bill i tried to contact the customer care in these # o[protected] & [protected] but no one is even picking up the phone i tried almost half anhour. request your kind intervention for this unprofessional lazy attitude to work of bsnl employees

My self Sk Omar Faruk, tel. No. [protected]. I paid continusly from last 15 year for and land line and 5yrs for Broad brand . But they did not service 15 days in a month from starting. I had not service from 21st Aug 2016 to till today. Please take necessary action and suggest to me.

I have form fillup for BSNL Exam but after payment, No receipe i get.But 1008 rs deducted from bank, After log in till now it show not payment . My registration no and dob as given below
Provisional Registration Number: 1347457
And dob: 03 sep 1991
Please take an action for refund money

My broadband landline[protected]
I am unnecessarily charged with hefty hungama bills each month when I have not asked nor using them.I want complete refund of these bills.The toll free no given of hungama services is useless .They dont attend instead they keep us waiting and then cut off.I am tired of these nuisance
Please deactivate hungama
