BSNL — bsnl DSL blink everytime

My name is Jenish Gandhi. Bsnl number :[protected]Khambhat, Gujarat) My lanline is working good but I have taken only for broadband service, where DSL line blink every time and not getting connection over wifi. I have registered complain so many time during this month via 1504 at list 4 times but not getting good result. every time technician comes and repair it work fine for hours and problem persist again. if i am paying 1000 rs every month, i am not getting service form bsnl. plz do needful help. and solve the problem..
