BSNL — BSNL Mobile complaint not resolved

Dear Sir I kunhiraman having mobile number [protected] have registered a complaint in customer care and has not been resolved yet. I am not getting any incoming calls and messages to my mobile whereas i am getting the facility of out going calls. I clearly understand its not due to the network issue as i am getting out going calls. I am currently located in Harayana panchkula and not receiving any call. My complain number is 5E02KL350644. Kindly resolve the issue urgently
