BSNL — BSNL personnel closing complaints without taking action

Service Provider : BSNL Service : Landline & BroadBand Phone Number :[protected] Billing Account Number : [protected] Landline has been out of order since early May 2015. Broadband has been working on and off. I have lodged complaint with customer care on 16 may. But the service personnel closed my complaint the same day without taking any action. I have lodged complaint again and again. But all my complaints have been closed the same day or within two days. Why are they closing my complaints without taking any action. No calls has been made till now from my landline since 8th may, which itself proves the fault. Either solve my complaint or leave the complaint as it is so that i will get discount in my bill for not solving the problem within 10-15 days.
