[Resolved]  BSNL — Canot use for calling and messaging

I am used the sim numbered [protected] last eight years. Now I can not make any call and message. When I try to make a call a message shown that "Not registered on network" ... What is it. IS it required to re-register the mobile sim again in my name. If not registered how can I use the sim last eight years. What you mean by this..Validity of my period ends on 12/10/2014. My balance of Rs. 100, will gone if I cannot do the renewal. From the sim I can not contact even the customer care number. The same situation was exist one month before. When i made a complaint it became ok. Why this repeat again and again. I required a permanent solution for the problem. Thanking you Balan Kurungot [protected]
