[Resolved]  BSNL Cellone — Bsnl ghost services

I couldn't send any SMS to 1900 for MNP or to 1909 for Do Not Disturb or to deactivate Value Added Services
Its been a trap for me now neither can I use that number nor can I recharge it or change it to other service provider
as it keeps deducting my balance for some VAS (Wallpaper Charge of Rs 7/-) Every time I recharge my BSNL Number


When I send any SMS it doesn't go to the particular recipient always saying "Couldn't sent"
For Knowledge I can send or receive any other SMS services without any problem but this is just annoying or ghost like services!!!
