BSNL Cellone — BSNL not recharge Rs 100 in my account

My cellphone number is [protected]. I am self recharge on 2 oct. from my account Rs 239 for Rs 100+ 1 GB data for 14 days . company recharge 1 GB data in my account, but till date Rs 100 is not recharge in my account. Many time, I talk with customer care, every time they say that amount is recharge in your account in 24 hours . But it never recharge in my account till date
