BSNL Cellone — continous transmission of SMS from Palarivattom West-1 tower, disturbance

I am a senior lawyer and Notary public practising at Ernakulam. I am depending my cell one phone [protected] for professional engagement. During the whole day and night public are contacting me for my services especially as a Notary public. Today from 1500 hours onwards uncontrolled signals from BSNL tower palarivattom west-1 is transmitting very number of messages second by second containing publicity advertisement for various institutions and commercials concerns, functions, sports, cricket etc. BSNL is also transmitting their tariff rates into my cell one phone. Hence, I am unable to attend my professional work properly.I have a complaint also that this disturbance in the phone by transmitting unwanted advertisement undertaken by BSNL is damaging my professional calling.I have a loss of minimum Rs.25000/- during the past three hours due to this unwanted transmission into my phone.I reuqest you to take immediate steps to stop this unwanted transmissions of messages from your company into my cell phone.Otherwise, I will forced to take legal action against you for the said damages. It is also taken notice that I will also proceed against not only the company corporate body but also against the concerned officers in-charge of transmitting such messages into my phone and making disturbance into my cell phone.
