I lost my sim, so i have been trying to have it blocked, but the customer care simply doesnt seem to respond. Firstly they are unable connect us to any executive, we hardly get the speed we pay for. I am just waiting that someday they will learn to work. I called them up 9 times and when I was finally connected to the executive, after all the verification, they say "We can't block the sim right now, as the servers ae down. Call later". We try again after a few hours and we are not being connected to the customer care. Finally at night, we try again, and we are connected to an executive, who forwards the call to a higher executive. I don't know where the hell the so called "higher" executive was, as we waited for 5 minutes for someone to answer. Why do they act like such slowpokes. I don't even know if they will read this complaint within the next 10 years. BSNL is just a shame, it doesnt deserve the name Bhartiya in it! Was this information helpful? |
